Beautiful Nature







I have no idea what kind of bird this feather came from, but it was about as long as my forearm and shiny, like satin. It was a huge feather!

I wonder if it came from a hawk or eagle or something...maybe a goose? Songbirds don't get that big so I don't think it's one of those.

There is a type of vulture(?) that flies around up there, and they get pretty huge. There are also some hawks that hang around there, but the feather is silver and those birds tend to be really brown and even black. Maybe the feathers on the underside of the wing are lighter? Dunno.

Perhaps the feather is from the vulture...*shrugs*

Are the vultures gray?
