This plant is called an "Elephant Ear." My Aunt Bonnie has one that she's kept going for years, and it's huge. Each leaf is about 3-4' long and they really do look like elephant ears. When you plant them outdoors, they get even bigger.

My mom used to have one of these - it grew to be VERY large!! She finally ended up giving it away.
I LOVE elephant ears...there are a ton of houses around here that grow them in their front yards. So pretty.
That, and caladiums. I heart caladiums.
My dad used to plant these and they were frigin' HUGE. Great pic.
