Stolen Goya Painting Found
This painting was stolen from a truck as it was parked overnight during transport of this painting to an exhibit. You'd think it would be a little more difficult to steal a painting worth $1.1 million!!! However, it has been found, and hopefully will be put in its rightful place at the Guggenheim, in the exhibit it was supposed to be part of, which opened Friday.

One of my favourite artists
Don't care if he painted royalty
It's the style of painting I call true art, representative - of course in a time of youtube, internet & satellite tv, and instant digital camera pics, hard to imagine that this kind of art gives us the only historical even if idealised image of life 500 years ago...

Have you given up haloscan
Or do you lose haloscan comments when you switch to Beta?
Hey, Quasar! When I switched to Beta, it didn't get rid of Haloscan, but the comments work so much better in beta, I just went with the blogger comment feature.
I am digging the Beta!
Goya-Vey!
Sorry, it's been a long day.
