Fantasia Rose

The parking lot where I park every day is full of these roses. They are simply stunning! And I can't believe they still look so beautiful. We've had a couple frosts, and they're still hanging in there. They looked just as pretty during the mega-hot summer days, and they're surrounded by asphalt, so that has to be hot. I asked the gardner what kind of roses they are, and he said they're called "Fantasia Roses." It sounds like something even I could grow, so I might just have to get some in the spring. :)
