It's really a sad day in education when administrators can't tell the difference between art and porn.
Apparently, this teacher -- Peter Panse-- suggested that some students take a figure drawing class at New York Academy of Art over the summer to help them have more competitive portfolios to get into art school.
And, of course, someone saw that as sexual abuse of these children, and he's under suspension.
Oh, come on! It's not like he brought the models into the classroom, or told the kids to go home and draw each other naked. He merely suggested that they take a figure drawing class. The decision to go ahead was between the kids and their parents. Where is the problem?
